If you wish to have your account deleted, please contact our Customer Support. They will be happy to delete it for you.

Please note, for tax reasons, Spanish law requires us to keep records of all transactions for five years. However, once your account is deleted, your name and address will disappear off our transactional records. Only the products purchased will remain.

If you have forgotten your password, then please click “Forgot your password” on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter the email address of the account registered with us. Once done, you should receive an email with a password reset link in it.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

To change your address, log in to your Zambeza account on the Zambeza website. Under your account details, click on “my addresses,” followed by “Add an address.” You should now be able to enter your new address, and give it a unique reference name. Once saved, you can select this address during the checkout process by choosing the reference you gave it.
