Shipping information

All cannabis seeds ordered at the Zambeza Seeds are sent free of charge. The packaging is innocent looking, anonymous, with no visible sign of the character of its content. The name of the company does not appear anywhere on the envelope, nor does it contain a return address. All cannabis seeds are wrapped fine in a bubble wrap.


- Delivery time duration between 3 and 15 working days.
- Public places, PO Boxes and Relay Points are not accepted as a suitable delivery address. We only deliver to private addresses.
- Please provide a valid delivery name and address in order to speed up the delivery.
- All seeds are shipped from within the EU only.
- All deliveries require a signature. Your courier will leave a note if you are unavailable to collect your parcel, item may be delivered to your letter box to speed up the process.
- Specific collection times or dates cannot be arranged.
- The courier will not contact you to check if you are home.
- Our Spanish Shipping Partner ships the order to your country.
- Final delivery in your country will be taken up by your local courier. Some of our National Postal Services include: Germany (DHL), France (Colissimo), Italy (SDA Italia), Greece (ELTA), Spain (Correos), Netherlands (PostNL), Portugal (CTT), UK (Hermes).
- A track and trace link will be sent to your registered email address when the parcel gets shipped from within the EU. Please check your spam folder for this link if you cannot find it. Note it can sometimes take a few days for the code of the final courier to be made available.

Should your parcel be stopped by any international customs process, Zambeza Seeds cannot be held responsible for any charges involved. The customer is liable for any order after it has shipped.
